Welcome aboard! We are thrilled to announce our new VP of Project & Delivery, Linda Mari Stadheim Lemvik.

Linda will oversee and support operations, managing shipments and deliveries. We are excited about Linda’s arrival, as her prior experience from ABB will improve logistics processes here in ScanReach.

The rising demand for OWC in the maritime industry has led to a rise in the number of sales and deliveries for ScanReach. More deliveries to customers increase logistical processes and challenges, of which Linda is a perfect candidate to solve.

It’s exciting to have Linda join our team, taking on a key role in the Operations unit. She brings vast industry experience to our team and will undoubtably play a central role in our capability to scale our company on the global stage.

We asked Linda why she chose ScanReach as the lucky new employer after 24 years in the O&G business.

“ScanReach values corresponded to my own and I can stand for them and live by them. The feeling of inclusion and that you can make a difference for our customers and for the company is very important. The way ScanReach approach both the hiring process and customers makes you feel welcome and cared for.”

“Which experience do you bring, and how will it benefit ScanReach?”

My experience with distributed control systems, project management, processes, general management and service support from 24 years in the Oil and gas industry can be directly transferrable to ScanReach and our market. Especially in a growth perspective where we aim for expanding our business.

What is your favourite feature of the OWC network?

“I think it’s difficult to only choose one feature, as I think we have so many possibilities with OWC. Initially, it was the Connect POB, coming from O&G, having experienced both evacuations from an oil rig and attended many Sunday evacuation drills I really see the potential in this feature saving lives and reducing valuable time in both real-life evacuations or drills.”

Linda is going to be a valuable asset to our company!

Over the last years, the ScanReach team has developed the breakthrough onboard wireless connectivity technology which enables data to travel anywhere on a maritime vessel without cabling. IoT sensor data in complex steel environments, such as vessels, rigs, and offshore wind turbines, is made available to management onboard and onshore.
